Shipping
US Orders
• Free shipping applies to all orders within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. (If you return the product, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.)
• All orders are shipped within 24 business hours.
• All orders addressed in the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground and take between 2 to 6 business days to arrive.
• Hawaii/Alaska and PO Box orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and generally take between 2 to 3 business days to arrive.
Canadian Orders
• Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and generally
take between 6 to 10 business days to arrive.
• Free shipping applies to orders totaling $75 or more.
For orders totaling less than $75, an additional $9.95
shipping fee will be charged.
International Orders
• The Aquasana Store currently ships to the following International countries: Australia, Singapore, and United Kingdom. Customers from countries not appearing in this list cannot currently order from the Aquasana Store.
